Location & Connectivity

The estate is located in the fruit belt of Kumaon region near Ranikhet with breathtaking view of the glorious snow laden peaks of the Himalayas, surrounded by lofty Pine, Oak and Deodar forests all around.

It is well connected by Road, Rail and Air, with NH-87 just eight km away. It takes 6-7 hours to drive down from Delhi. Major tourist attractions like Nainital, Mukteshwar, Binsar and Almora are also nearby.
